Events and exhibitions have been central to Richard’s career for the past two decades. Starting out in the UK, he worked across large-scale international business-to-business trade fairs in the leisure travel industry, before relocating to the US learning more about niche-events and new launches in the international meetings and incentives travel sector. On his return from the United States he began working across different industry sectors to broaden his experience before launching his own event company and eventually launching inVOYAGE for the luxury international meetings and incentives sector. In his work life Richard is driven by a passion to make inVOYAGE the best event of its kind with high-value return for all participants and stakeholders. For him it is very much about protecting the founding principles of the event, whilst being responsive to changing trends and market needs. Richard thrives on conceptualising and developing products to create greater opportunity for the markets they serve. It’s not just about choice, but more about making a difference. Richard has shared his knowledge on how to create relationships that last, introduction, networking and experience.
