Tawfik Shehata is the Executive Chef at The International Centre. Born in Egypt and raised in Canada, Shehata’s interest in a culinary career began with his mother’s passion for food. Not only he is a contributor/writer, but his recipes have been published on many food publications. He is also an instructor and he hosted the release of the Go Barley! Cookbook. Tawfik has shared his knowledge about dietary requirements, why not many events are offering those options and gave ideas on what to cook!
